In this publication, seven major issues of climate change were explored and each chapter are a number of lesson plans which have been tested in schools. During this period, RECSAM also played host to educators and academicians from the region and around the world when it convened the third, fourth, fi fth, sixth and seventh International Conference on Science and Mathematics Education (CoSMEd). To continue with the series of SSYS (Search for SEAMEO Young Scientists) congresses launched in RECSAM in 1997, the decade under review recorded four SSYS congresses held in RECSAM. There has been an increase in the consultation activities provided by the Centre during this period. The increase has beenmainly in the services requested by the Ministry of Education Malaysia on TIMSS related topics. Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Philippines, Republic of Zambia, Thailand and Vietnam were among the major requesters for consultation services. Apart from mainstream linkages with the Ministries of Education of the SEAMEO Member Countries and Associate Member Countries, collaborations with other institutions had also enabled the centre to stay in the mainstream
