We are excited to announce the 3rd SEAMEO Science Olympiad! Following the successful events in 2019 and 2023, we are thrilled to invite all contestants to join us in person for this year’s Olympiad, hosted at our campus in Penang, Malaysia.
This year, the SEAMEO Science Olympiad will feature categories for both Secondary and Vocational Schools. We warmly invite students from Brunei, Cambodia, Lao PDR, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor Leste, and Vietnam to participate. Whether you are from a public school, private school, international school, or even homeschooling, we welcome all students to join us!
The activities will include a paper-and-pencil test for Science and Mathematics at Levels 1 and 2, respectively. At Level 3, participants will engage in The Reverse Engineering STEM Challenge, a custom-designed STEM activity. Finally, the competition will culminate with The Startup Pioneer Pitching Challenge, an entrepreneurship pitching event at the final level.
