Rich in Diverse Cultural Studies.

Four main curriculum topics (that were developed through series of workshops involving educators from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds) are identified for Learning Science and Mathematics Together (LeSMaT) incorporating transdisciplinary approaches in the OER/ODL modules. These themes aim at addressing the SEAMEO priority areas No.3 (Resiliency in the face of emergencies); No. 5 (Revitalising Teacher Education) and No.7 (Adopting a 21st-century curriculum).These include:


(i) ‘Climate Awareness and Disaster Risk Reduction/Preparedness Education’ (CADRRED);

(ii) ‘Conservation and Wise Use of Resources’ (ConWUR);

(iii) ‘Sustainable Energy for All’ (SE4ALL); and

(iv) ‘Telecare and Healthy Lifestyle’ (TeleHeal).
