9 SEAMEO RECSAM – Its Founding Glory 1 Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cook Islands, Fiji, India, Kenya, Mauritius, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, PapuaNewGuinea, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka and Uganda have sent their educators for various training programmes at RECSAM. The Regular Courses have now been trimmed down to four weeks to enable RECSAM to reduce cost in order to conduct more customised and in-country courses to bene fi t more participants.
