Occasionally theCentre’s academic and professional staff along with the consultants are invited to RECSAM’s partner secondary and primary schools for expertise as well as information sharing to teachers and students as part of the community involvement programme. An example is the Science and Mathematics Camp project for Sekolah Kebangsaan Pos Dipang, an orang asli school in Perak conducted in June 2012. RECSAM also established collaboration with PEMENANG to assist students from secondary schools in Penang to perform better in science and mathematics subjects.
