The Centre is still committed to continue with this worthy endeavour as the programme provides an opportunity for students to conduct in-depth research through collaboration with external entities in the science and mathematics research community, such as local universities in their countries. This is in line with the Centre’s vision in support of education that promotes the development of scienti fi c thinking, mathematical thinking and life skills necessary for the young generation to survive in the 21 st century.
