Madam Che Om Bt Md Hassan Former Staff (1976 to 2015) SEAMEO RECSAM At RECSAM, all revenues generated from income generating projects were shared among the staff from the highest to the lowest ranking of fi cers. It just showed that the incentive payments were payed to them in the form of rewards as hard- earned cash for work done. Every member of the staff had to work hard according to their profession. Staff in the marketing unit had to market the Centre’s facilities while staff in the academic Division had to market their professional products such training courses and consultancy services diligently. Kudos to Dr. Abdul Rahim Selamat, the former Director, a tireless man with a corporate vision, who had endlessly spawned exciting and brilliant ideas and initiated this working plan. In order to provide an excellent and top notch services the staff in their respective divisions or units were sent out for training around the globe. Working hard was rewarded with enjoyment and hard work was just another working day at RECSAM.
