76 The HVWSHE or SEAMEO Water and Values Education (SEAMEO WAVE) is an innovative approach meant to support the achievement of the Millennium DevelopmentGoals set by UnitedNations in relation to sustainable development as well as access to water, sanitation and hygiene and problems on environment degradation.
